Can I receive a Rebate on a pre-existing home, similar to a newly
built home?
A:
Definitely! we can also aid Buyers that need assistance locating
pre-existing homes vs. newly built homes. However, buying a pre-existing
home requires more work on the Realtor’s part (i.e. driving
around, showing properties, negotiating the Buyer’s deal,
etc.). Therefore, Rebates on pre-existing properties will be negotiated
between the Buyer and Realtor on a case-by-case basis; nonetheless,
the Realtor will still put the Rebate in writing prior to executing
a purchase contract.

FACT: Using the internet, newspapers, and driving
around, over 40% of homebuyers find a property they wish to purchase
and then turn to a traditional real estate agent to negotiate &
close the deal.
* FACT: In Minnesota,
if you use a Real Estate Agent (that is, a Buyer's Agent) to help
you find a home, they will typically receive 2.7% of the sale price
after closing. For a $400,000 home, that equals $10,800 !
* FACT: Buyer's Agents
are not cheap. A typical Buyer's Agent will not rebate back to you
any portion of the $10,800, even if you did most of the work finding

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from any site like Realtor.com
or our site. Check out the listings in your
favorite newspaper, or visit online sites like Craigslist to find
real estate that fits your needs.
2. Call the us or listing Agent for
the properties you're interested in and/or attend their open houses
- be sure to bring along our business card and mention that you
are already represented.
3. When you're ready to make an offer,
or need any advice, contact us - we would be happy help you out
with any step of the buying process.
